All-in-one Digital Product Platform

Traceability, Compliance and Operational Efficiency on a single platform. Darwin Evolution digitizes data at origin, secures traceability with blockchain, and generates the digital product identity to comply with FSMA 204 (U.S.) and EUDR (E.U.).

Darwin Evolution — traceability and compliance

Early adopters

Our mission: Bring traceability and compliance to the protocol — with AI, blockchain, and design focused on the supply chain.

Products

One platform, three products

Capture, trace and communicate the journey of your products end-to-end.

FSMA 204 (FDA — U.S.)

Comply with the new
Food Safety Modernization Act

End-to-end compliant digitization

Captia captures at origin, Tracium structures the chain, Fidenta communicates the story — all aligned with FSMA 204.

See official FDA regulation →

Extended to July 20, 2028

Not a pause. A window to digitize properly, without patching with Excel at the last minute.

CTEs, KDEs and TLCs ready

Complete records of Critical Tracking Events, Key Data Elements and Traceability Lot Codes — ready for audit and recalls in <24h.

From regulation to competitive advantage

Companies that reach 2028 with proven systems will have an advantage over those starting late with patch solutions.

EUDR (European Union)

EU market access, deforestation-free

End-to-end automated due diligence

Captia captures origin + geospatial/satellite information, Tracium structures chain traceability, and Fidenta serves as an information dossier for auditors and buyers.

See official EUDR regulation →

Covered commodities

All products under the EUDR scope: Coffee, Cocoa, Soy, Palm, Wood, Rubber and Beef.

Geolocation + satellite evidence

Origin capture with precise geolocation, satellite support and automatic validation for Due Diligence Statements.

Less friction with buyers

Information dossier accessible to exporters and importers — EU market access without documentary bottlenecks.

Operational intelligence

AI that catches problems before they scale

Compliance stops being reactive

Darwin runs AI over your traceability events to surface problems early, answer compliance questions on the fly and optimize operations.

Anomaly detection

Ghost lots, cold-chain breaks, shrinkage and route deviations — flagged in real time with natural-language explanation.

Agentic compliance

Answer complex questions like "Can LOT-8901 be exported to the U.S.?" by cross-referencing on-chain data with current regulation.

Efficiency that compounds

Fewer errors, fewer rework cycles and faster decisions on the same dataset — compliance and productivity rise together.

All-in-one

One platform, all your solutions

Captia, Tracium and Fidenta work together end-to-end. From field capture to digital product identity, all in one place with reports ready for compliance.

Darwin Evolution Dashboard
One platform, the entire value chain.

Primary producer

Mobile offline-first capture, adaptable forms, digital evidence. Onboarding in minutes, not months.

Industrial producer

Lot integrity, mass balance, anomaly detection on production lines with AI.

Retailer

Recall in less than 24 hours, automatic compliance reports and multi-tier supplier visibility.

Consumer

QR access to verifiable product history: origin, certifications, environmental footprint.

How we work

Our implementation methodology

Step 1: Discovery

We map your value chain, identify Critical Tracking Events, and design the end-to-end data flow aligned with FSMA 204 or EUDR as applicable. Output: concrete roadmap and pilot scope.

Step 2: Pilot

Focused implementation with a subset of operations (field + plant + shipping). Integration with your ERPs, mobile forms for operators, and first on-chain record issuance. 4-8 weeks.

Step 3: Go-live

Scale-up to the entire operation with user training, active dashboards, alerts and automatic reporting. Continuous support and AI model evolution with your real data.

Ready for compliance and growth!

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions about traceability, compliance and our platform.

Are EUDR and FSMA 204 mandatory?

EUDR (European Union)
• Yes. Mandatory. Enforceable from December 2026 (depending on company size).
• Requires end-to-end traceability, geolocation and deforestation-free compliance.
• Failing to adapt on time can mean losing access to the European market.

FSMA 204 (United States)
• Yes. Mandatory. Enforceable from July 20, 2028.
• Requires end-to-end traceability and auditable electronic records (FTL).
• Arriving late can lead to product rejections and loss of access to the U.S. market.

What differentiates Darwin from an ERP with a traceability module?

ERPs capture internal data. Darwin covers end-to-end from the primary producer to the consumer, with blockchain integrity, multi-standard compliance (FSMA 204 + EUDR) and AI capabilities over chain events.

How long does implementation take?

A typical pilot is 4 to 8 weeks. Full go-live depends on scope and stakeholders involved — generally 3 to 6 months for a medium operation.

Does it work in rural areas without good connectivity?

Yes. Captia has offline-first capture with automatic sync. It's designed for rural operations with intermittent connectivity.

How do you integrate with my existing ERP?

We have open APIs and connectors for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and custom ERPs. Integration is defined in the Discovery phase.

Is the data secure and private?

End-to-end encryption, role-based access control and customer data sovereignty. Only strictly necessary data is written on-chain; sensitive data stays protected.
